An Outstanding Church School

Mrs Cowling will be absent from school due to a planned knee operation from Monday the 30th October returning after a phased recovery towards the later part of the half term.

Mrs Cairns will be deputising in her absence and Mrs Cowling will remain in close contact with the school.

Just a quick reminder of our booking and cancellation procedure.

If you require a space at an evening session we will do our upmost to meet your requirements. Please book at the school office. Please do not assume your child will have a space if you have not booked one.

We hold a waiting list should Quackers already be full and if space becomes available throughout the day we will ring and let you know.

Please be aware we do have a cancellation fee for sessions not cancelled within the required notice period.

Unrequired afternoon sessions must be cancelled by 9.00am on the day in question via the office or Katey.

If the session is not cancelled a charge of £3.85 will be added to your account.

Summer Holiday Playscheme 2015

We had a fantastic time at our summer holiday club last year. The days were a huge success with more than 25 children attending each day. We spent our days baking, making, designing, creating, dancing acting and getting very wet. The children were fantastic and the behaviour outstanding. It was lovely to have children from each year group playing with and looking out for each other. The children made our days so enjoyable.

We plan to run our holiday playscheme again from the

 beginning of the summer holidays 2015.

 The scheme will run for 3 weeks from Monday 20th July until Friday 7th August 2015

Please book with the school office.

Dropping off children

Quackers opens at 7.45am each morning, children will not be accepted until this time.   I would like to remind parents that they are responsible for their own child/ren until they have been registered with Quackers.

 If you are having a clear out at home please consider us.

We are always looking for new toys and games to add to our collection. Our toys and games are very well loved and therefore suffer lots of wear and tear. We are particularly interested if you have any of the following:

* Lego

* Large pieces of material for den building

* Outdoor toys such as scooters, go – carts.

* playmobil

* Football table

Some of the children at Quackers have decided they would like a new x-box or playstation.

Following our disastrous candle party, where only 3 parents came, we have suggested the children raise the money to buy it for themselves.

We have asked them to give us their fundraising ideas and we will then support them in their efforts. We are hoping this also makes the children understand the cost and value of the equipment.
